·      Manage AV design and implementation projects from initiation to closure including: requirements gathering, budgeting, system design, project management, implementation coordination, vendor management, system testing, user training, and system documentation.

·      Design systems with a wide array of AV equipment/services including: video teleconferencing, video displays and video walls, audio systems including IP networked and wireless microphone systems, control systems, and collaborative technology such as Avocor displays and touch screen interfaces.

·      Support testing, evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including collaboration technologies, wireless presentation, and video conferencing equipment to increase service levels and reduce costs.

·      Set and support global standards for AV systems including: AV hardware, network interfacing, naming conventions, and usage best practices.

·      Prepare high quality documentation.

·      Review project Scope of Work (SOW) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure alignment with requirements, completeness of design and adherence to standards.

·      Oversee AV system installations, including on-site vendor coordination, system testing and quality control.

·      Negotiate and monitor vendor contracts to ensure competitive pricing, standards compliance, SLA adherence, and preventative maintenance.

·      Manage the Multimedia equipment lifecycle and maintain accurate inventory of AV assets.

·      Utilize global Poly infrastructure to oversee/support global VTC environment, including coordination of firmware upgrades, provisioning of endpoints, and support of utilization by business users.

·      Utilize and support other multimedia infrastructure, including Crestron Fusion, Mersive Solstice Dashboard, TriplePlay IPTV, Audinate Dante Domain Manager and X2O Digital Signage Server.

·      Provide level 3 support on all AV systems listed above.

Skills/Qualifications:

·      8+ years experience with corporate audio visual technology support

·      5+ years experience with Poly RealPresence Group Series/G-Series video units and Poly Infrastructure including DMA, RPCS, RPRM, CC and WF servers, or Cisco equivalent

·      Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP, including H.320, H.323, SIP, Dante and NVX.

·      Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize by problem sensitivity and independently work on several complex projects simultaneously.

·      Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

·      Experience in the design and construction process, participating in architect and contractor meetings.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

·      Strong computer aptitude including understanding of networking, desktops, mobile devices, AV and programming.

·      Demonstrated ability to be adaptable in a changing environment with shifting priorities which focus on delivering outstanding service.
